Verge Network Solutions Named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America
Ranking recognizes Verge's three-year growth, reflecting sustained demand for its VoIP, unified communications, networking, and security solutions among community banks, healthcare organizations, and school districts across the South-Central U.S.
Verge Network Solutions, a technology partner to community banks, healthcare organizations, K-12 school districts, and growing businesses across Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and the South-Central United States, today announced it has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine's annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Verge ranked No. 705 on this year's list, reporting significant growth between 2022 and 2025, marking the company's first appearance on the prestigious list.
The Inc. 5000 is one of the most closely watched benchmarks of private-sector business performance in the country. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy's most dynamic segment — its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Under Armour, and Chobani first gained national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
"Being named to the Inc. 5000 is recognition of something bigger than a single year of growth," said Shayan Zadeh, President of Verge Network Solutions. "A bank in Enid, a clinic in Wichita, or a school district in North Texas doesn't hire us because we're growing fast — they hire us because we show up, we know their business, and we answer the phone when something breaks. This ranking tells us that approach is working, and it gives us the resources to keep hiring local engineers and investing in the tools our customers depend on every day."
Verge's growth has been driven by rising demand for modern, compliant communications infrastructure among the regulated and mission-driven organizations it serves, including:
- Financial institutions — community banks, credit unions, and lending agencies navigating compliance, branch connectivity, and disaster recovery requirements
- Healthcare organizations — clinics and hospitals requiring HIPAA-aware call handling, secure messaging, and reliable multi-location coordination
- K-12 school districts — systems navigating Alyssa's Law, budget constraints, and mass notification requirements
- Small and mid-sized businesses across Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Colorado
This recognition builds on years of continued investment for Verge, including its SOC 2 Type II certification renewal and completed HIPAA compliance certification — layered proof points for the regulated industries that make up the core of its customer base.
For Zadeh, this is a second lap around familiar territory. Before joining Verge, Zadeh co-founded and led the online social platform Zoosk as CEO, growing it to tens of millions of members in more than 80 countries and helping guide it onto the Inc. 5000 in 2014, ahead of the company's 2019 acquisition. “The category couldn’t be more different, but the level of dedication is the same,” Zadeh said. “Growth like this isn’t necessarily the goal — it’s the product of building a customer experience that is reliable and repeatable, centered on their outcomes and improvement – not just our own.”
Verge extends its thanks to the customers, partners, and employees whose trust made this recognition possible.
