Guaranteed Satisfaction

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on our communication systems. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within the first 90 days after installation, we'll refund your entire investment.

Exclusive Service Commitment

A 4-hour response guarantee for emergencies, or receive 6 months of free Maintenance/Warranty. Emergencies include major malfunctions like no phone service, station-to-station failure, and more.

Free Remote Programming

Routine Remote Programming is free under our Maintenance Support Agreement for tasks taking less than 30 minutes. We aim to complete service requests within 24 hours, requiring a system modem, IP Address, and/or line access for this service.

Guaranteed Responsiveness – Moves, Additions, & Changes

We aim to accommodate your requested schedule for system changes within 48 business hours. Our standard service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), with after-hours and weekend support available at an additional cost.

Communications Coordination

We serve as your exclusive point of contact for all communication needs, managing coordination between local and long-distance providers, handling contract negotiations, service orders, and resolving billing issues. Authorization via a Letter of Agency is necessary for us to act as your representative.
